WAKE design + development seeking Temp to Perm Employment - Intermediate Architect in New York, NY, US

WAKE is seeking to hire two motivated and talented REVIT & 3D designers for temporary, short-term contracts, with the potential for full-time employment pending current workload and availability.

You'd be working on small to medium size creative, design & technical projects ranging from micro-hotels, to vacation homes in Maine, and ground up construction in NYC. These individuals will be considered first when full-time positions become available.  

The primary role of the selected candidate will vary in size and scope, but will mainly consist of assisting the principal and project managers of the company in multiple design tasks, including but not limited to:

CAD drafting
Permit Filing and DOB responses.
3D modeling
Graphic design
Renderings & visualization

Their immediate projects will include technical work on a 15-unit development in California, design and technical work on residential projects in NYC, design and creative work on a micro-hotel in NYC, and design/ creative work for a vac...
