Designer III team members are responsible for providing leadership

to team members and primary day-to-day project administration and
communication with clients, project teams and outside consultants
in a manner consistent with firm-wide standards. Must possess the
ability to manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and mentor
team members.

Project Responsibilities:

• Plan projects in conjunction with Stuido Director and Architectural Project Manager.
• Manage multiple small to mid-size projects concurrently.
• Acquire and maintain full insight on interior budget, scope and contract deliverables.
• Oversee preparation and accuracy of contract documentation and specifications, ensuring the project

remains on schedule and within budget.

• Establish and maintain Interiors Project Schedule, including phase deadlines, filing milestones and meetings.
