Matthew Baird Architects seeking Senior Project Architect in New York, NY, US
We are looking to hire a highly motivated and organized senior project architect with 5-10 years of experience. Our firm's work ranges from high-end residential to commercial and cultural at varying scales. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate their passion for excellent design through recent project experience.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a project architect
- Highly developed skills in client communications, project scheduling, consultant coordination, and construction administration
- Self-motivated and skilled at managing a project team, multitasking and working toward multiple deadlines in a creative environment
- AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite proficient, knowledge of 3Ds Max and Rhino preferred
- Knowledge of NYC code and zoning regulations
