We are a small design office in the south bay and are in need of a part-time office assistant / personal assistant to help with everyday items such as:
- Keep schedule for lead designer + confirm meetings with clients
- Keep track of in-house weekly meetings and update agenda, including all co-workers
- Transpose notes from site-walks into bullet points used for either a client proposal or ongoing jobs’ punch list
- Communicate with in-house designers and understand client needs to create concept image sheets
- Client concept sheets
- Specific sheets for specific concept, ie: house numbers or mailbox or benches
- Have working understanding of Adobe InDesign
- Work with vendors for sourcing + quotes, pick up samples
- plants, furniture, fountains, stone, tile etc.
- Help finish fuel modifications processes
- Update and coordinate weekly meeting with whole office team
- Create design and build proposals from in-house template
