BAR Design and Construction seeking Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA, US

General Contractor is currently looking to hire a Project Manager for a long term, full time position. 

We are a high end custom home builder in business for 20 years. We are proud to be a leader in building, renovating and maintaining fine homes and estates.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with field experience. We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

- Have experience in all phases of residential construction and remodeling
- Possess the ability to read and thoroughly understand architectural plans / blueprints
- Create and manage project schedules daily including subcontractors and laborers
- Coordinate material procurement
- Prepare, maintain and report two week outlook for each project
- Prepare meeting minutes 
- Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
- Work side by side with superintendents to ensure documentation is as needed
- Take pride in doing superior work
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
