Page Ayres Cowley Architecture, LLC is seeking an Architect / Designer I for our Midtown, New York office.

This is a full-time position at a small full-service Architecture firm specializing in preservation, adaptive re-use and restoration of historic structures.

Ideal candidates should meet the following:

·         Licensed architect or non-registered graduate with 3 to 5 years experience working at an architecture firm, with responsibility for particular parts of a project or study established by other senior staff

·         NAAB-accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school,

·         Strong skills in 2D AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, & Microsoft Suite,

·         Ability to prepare designs, complete construction documents, including but not limited to: detailing, layout of document sets, preparing plans, elevations, sections and other project information from pre-design to contract documents.
