Cedar Street is a creative studio focused in the development and design of emerging food brands. We are seeking qualified applications for a Draftsperson / Designer to join our small team. As a draftsperson you will be tasked with producing design and construction documents with for all phases including surveying, architectural design and construction documents, construction phase services, material sourcing, specifications, presentations and general project support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Year's Experience in production of construction documents.
- Experience in Restaurant or Food Service documents preferred.
- Strong design background with good problem-solving and research skills
- Advanced capabilities in AutoCAD Architecture, SketchUp and Preparation of Construction Documents
- Proactive and clear communication
- Strong knowledge of building materials, components, and systems
- Ability to manage one’s own time and work independently towards deadlines.
