- Masters Degree in Architecture, Masterplanning, Design or in a relevant field
- Fully licensed
- Experience managing multiple complex projects

- The equivalent of 8+ years' relevant work experience
- Exceptional knowledge and experience with large scale, complex projects
- Capable of managing small to medium sized teams
