Red Dot Studio is seeking a Project Manager with 6 plus years of experience in Residential Design.  Red Dot Studio values curiosity, comradery and effort.  Our office is looking for a Project Manager who can work across multiple projects, manage deadlines, complete technical drawing sets and interface with the client, contractor and consultants. 

 Candidates should have the following qualifications:

•     Architecture License

•     Sustainable Design Experience

•     Ability to Manage Multiple Project Deadlines

•     Ability to Produce Technical Drawing Sets

•     AutoCAD Proficiency

•     Construction Administration Experience

•     Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

•     Manage Client Expectations and Deliverables

•     Experience Mentoring Junior Staff

•     Knowledge of Bay Area and San Francisco Codes and Regulations a Plus

•     Knowledge of 3d Rendering Tools, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a Plus
