Architect (Zoning and Feasibility) in New York, NY, US

NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a motivated, technically strong and creative individual with excellent design and graphic skills to or zoning and feasibility team. 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:  

• A degree in Architecture, Planning or a related discipline.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Residential High-Rise Residential Design.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of New York City’s Zoning Resolution and Building Code.
• Key personal attributes include:

  • The ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and other architects.
  • Strong organization, team building and relationship management skills
