studio wumo seeking Freelance Designer / Architect - Local to LA in Los Angeles, CA, US
studio wumo, a small architectural and interiors practice, is seeking a contract designer or architect for 16-24 hours per week to start immediately.
We are a boutique practice with projects ranging from single family custom homes to creative office space. We believe in the meticulous execution of strong design concepts. We are genuine, easy-going people that happen to love modern design and have a strong work ethic. We are looking for a like-minded individual who wants the freedom and flexibility of part time work, but is serious about their endeavors and their collaborations.
Must be self-motivated, fast-learner, good listener and hard worker. Willing to take ownership and responsibility.
The specifics:
- CAD proficiency (3D modeling skills is a plus)
- Adobe Suite proficiency
