Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage luxury hospitality, residential and commercial interiors projects of varying size and complexity for the entire design process
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff and reinforce team and company morale
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Manage all FF&E responsibilities, including custom furniture, spec and procurement
• Maintain current client relationships and contribute to new business development
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors on a continuous basis

Skills and Experience:

• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 8+ years of post-grad professional experience with a focus on high-end hospitality and residential projects
