Spivak Architects is a collaborative design studio specializing in a wide range of project types including residential buildings, hospitality and commercial, from renovation and new construction to urban design.  We have exciting new opportunities for residential, commercial and hospitality projects (current projects include a hotel, a Broadway theater, and high-end residential projects) and are looking to add the following position to lead a team in completing the Construction Documents and Construction Administration for a 600-room hotel renovation project:
