The celebration of an international festival meets the objectives of expanding the coverage and cultural and citizen use of the public space of cities, promoting in the community the exercise of their creative, critical and participation capacity, based on knowledge and interaction with experiences from different parts of the world that turn their eyes to our metropolis, so that it, in turn, returns it, generating an enriching dialogue. For four days, Mexico City becomes a powerful cultural, tourist and citizen attraction, positioning the capital of the country at the head of initiatives that are committed to the generation of new spaces for interaction open to citizens that encourage the construction of urban culture.
