Architect with min. 3 yrs of full-time U.S. working experience. Prefer NYC experience.
Qualification :
- A professional architecture degree
- 3 years of experience on NYC projects in all phases from schematic design through construction administration
- Capable of design and technical detailing to putt New Building as well as detailed interior renovation project together.
- Knowledge in BC, ZR, NYCECC.
- Excellent organizational communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
- Proficiency in AutoCad with experience in construction documentation and detailing.
- Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe suite, MS office.
- Self-starting, motivated, intellectual, smart, active, and confident (but not too confident) people.
- Maturity and motivation to self-start and grow.
