This is an exciting position to work on large scale international projects for a high prolific team of Project Managers, technical professionals and admin staff who will report directly into you.

Key Job Responsibilities for the role will include:

• Coaching, motivating, managing and monitoring and developing all direct reports within the Studio based on each person’s function and individual needs.
• To work closely with direct reports in creating PDP’s and to encourage/ support staff to pursue their relevant professional certifications.
• To oversee projects to ensure they are managed effectively and performed within the firm’s project delivery parameters.
