The Marketing Manager will oversee all strategic pursuits under the Principal Partners. The ideal candidate could be a marketing professional with 5 or more years in the A&E field, or an architect/designer experienced in business development. Activities will include: research and teaming, producing qualifications packages, spear heading RFP review discussions to decide which opportunities to pursue, leading proposals, and preparing materials for client interviews. The Manager will work closely with leadership and will guide and mentor other marketing staff during the hunt for new business opportunities.
