The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary interface between the project design team and the client and is primarily responsible for ensuring METHOD Architects performs to its contractual obligations by managing the project’s:
- Scope of service (including consultants’ services, if any)
- The budget allocated to complete said services
- Schedule within which to perform said services
- Timely coordination and production of all project deliverable
- Quality control of services rendered, and instruments of service produced
- Additional services if/when required
The Senior Project Manager’s core responsibilities include:
CLIENT LIAISON
- Oversee execution of professional services from a client perspective; ensure the design is responding to the client’s needs and vision.
- Maintain client communications and contact, for the scope of work and services.
- Obtain the necessary client approval/s.
