Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coordinate and execute all project deliverables including schedules and budgets
• Manage multiple projects, often more than 5 at a time, of varying sizes and complexity
• Coordinate project documentation with consultants
• Represent the firm to clients
• Provide creative interior and architectural design solutions within project parameters
• Spec architectural elements such as plumbing fixtures, hardware, wall and floor finishes
• Attend and run site and shop visits

Skills and Experience:

• A degree in either architecture or interior design
• At least 4 years of post-graduate experience in architectural project management at all phases, residential experience preferred but not essential
