Rexrode Chirigos Architects seeking Senior Architect in New York, NY, US

Rexrode Chirigos Architects is seeking a Senior Architect with 6 - 10 years post-graduate experience. Competency in design, detailing, coordination of systems and consultants, construction documents and construction administration are required.  Candidates will be expected to manage projects while working closely with principals on all project phases from conceptual design through construction.

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite required; 3D modeling and rendering software
• Strong design and graphic’s skills
• Knowledge of building codes and technical standards
• Construction Administration experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Well-organized, nimble, and able to prioritize
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates must be a US citizen or hold a US work visa
