Rexrode Chirigos Architects seeking Junior Architect in New York, NY, US

Rexrode Chirigos Architects is seeking a Junior Architect / Designer to join our office. Candidates from recent graduates to 1-3 years post-graduate experience are encouraged to apply. The candidate will work closely with principals and senior architects on all project phases from conceptual design through construction.  We offer a mentoring office with a collaborative approach to all members of the project team and outside consultants of particular benefit to young architects as they form the foundation of their professional endeavor. 

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite required; 3D modeling and rendering software
• Familiarity with building codes and technical standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Well-organized, nimble, and able to prioritize
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates must be a US citizen or hold a US work visa
