Project Architect
RAD is looking for a Project Architect to assist us with several upcoming, new projects. Actually, we hate using the title “Project Architect”….we need someone who has all (or at least most) of the following attributes:
- +/- 6 years of professional experience.
- Registration not required but encouraged.
- Some sort of degree in the architectural profession.
- Ability to take ownership of projects (in terms of initial design, documentation and construction) and direct team members if necessary.
- A heart for social impact work. A good portion of our work serves others, it’s our mission.
- Must submit a sample portfolio of work that demonstrates design process.
- Know current building codes and how to properly implement.
- We use the following software and it would be killer if you did too: Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Bluebeam, Morpholio Trace, Hand Drawing + Sketching (not for construction documents)
