Midtown Manhattan office is seeking full-time Licensed architect with min. 7 +  years experience in all aspects of design and production for hospitality projects, Must be able to develop documents and detailsfrom design concept in Revit and ACAD, and  excellent communication skills both Written and verbal are a must.    

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who would like to be part of exciting hospitality projects with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be willing to take on responsibilities and enjoy having a meaningful role being involved in all aspects of our projects.

The ideal candidate should be a motivated, self-starter and must meet the following qualifications:

• 7 plus years of professional experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture

• Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures

• Computer skills must include AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Programs
