NEW THEME seeking Intermediate Architect/Designer in Los Angeles, CA, US

NEW THEME INC. is an award winning boutique size Design-Build practice. We have a focus on custom retail, restaurants, and residential projects. We design and build our projects that have been featured in many publications, including The LA Times, the AIA Home Tours, and some European publications. Some of our projects have been LEED Silver certified; we are looking for a junior to Mid-Level architect/designer with a BArch or March to join our team.

The candidate must have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience, possess strong organizational skills, committed, and looking to grow in a fast paced high-end design firm. It is important to be able to manage several projects at once and enjoy working as a team member, as well as, independently.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must be currently qualified to work in the United States
• 4-6 years professional architectural experience
• Understanding of Zoning & Code requirement
