Shore Point Architecture, P.A. seeking Intermediate Architect/Designer (3 - 6 yrs. experience) in Ocean Grove, NJ, US

Shore Point Architecture, P.A. is looking for an intermediate level architect/designer to join our collaborative, team oriented studio serving a wide range of client and project types. The ideal candidate is team oriented, passionate about design, and licensed (or on the path to licensure).

The applicants qualifications must include:

* Proficiency in Autocad, 3D modeling programs and rendering.

* A keen interest in the technical aspects of a project including    documentation techniques and detailing accuracy.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Multi-tasking abilities.

In addition, experience in mixed-use, multi- family and residential projects will enhance the candidates position.
