Design-Build firm based in Manhattan (Chelsea) seeks a Junior Designer for both architectural design and construction on residential projects ranging from apartments to high-end townhouses.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of construction drawings and construction detailing in all phases on multiple projects from real estate development, architectural conceptual design to construction.
• Produce 3d models, detailed renderings and graphic presentations.
• Research material and product.
• Interface and coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, fabricators, and clients at every level of a project.
• Assist with construction administration both in the field and the office.

Requirements:

• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design-build office / high-end residential experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suites.
