asap/ is seeking a senior designer for our studio in Los Angeles.  The successful candidate will have an M.Arch. or equivalent, superlative design, graphic, presentation and communication skills, and 5-10 years of experience.  Leadership qualities, a positive and hard-working attitude, and relentlessly high standards, are all desirable.  Licensure in CA or NY is a plus, as is experience with construction administration, client relationships, etc.

As a small firm, this position offers significant responsibility, with the potential to shape the direction of the design and execution of a wide number of projects of differing scales and typologies.  Consequently it will be possible to gain experience across the breadth of professional practice.
