Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic in-house design team that is shaping the future of healthcare design. Seeking an Architectural Designer to join the Design and Construction team as role of both designer and architectural archivist.
Role:
- Provide architectural design support for project development
- Maintain CAD/BIM standards and guidelines
- Managing a comprehensive archive of current and historical architectural documents
- Manage and design development for projects - facilitate weekly design reviews, reviewing phase documents sets and submittals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4-8 years experience as a digital archivist of architectural documents
- Knowledge of New York City Department of Building’s and Board of Standards and Appeals
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Office 365
- Must be authorized to work in the US
