WA+D is an Architectural firm seeking a highly motivated, dynamic Designer / Architect with 6-8 years of experience to join our Santa Barbara studio, full-time. Experience in custom residential and luxury retail is a bonus, but not required. Our collaborative office environment offers great growth potential for motivated individuals who are looking to advance their careers. Our work is exciting and diverse from High-end retail in Honolulu to Contemporary and Traditional Residential work throughout California.

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture;
• 6-8 minimum years of relevant architecture experience;
• Experience in all phases of design process, from concept to construction;
