We seek a self motivated, responsible architect with 3 years of New York City working experience a must. The successful candidates will be extremely organized, excellent communicators, and intelligent, self directed problem solvers. the experience and exposure will be exciting and diverse and the responsibility for all phases of work is significant.
Responsibilities include drawings for all design phases including concept design and client presentation, construction drawings, bidding and filing documents and construction phase management on projects of varied types and sizes.
- Minimum of 3-5 years NYC experience designing & leading small to large/complex buildings.
- Professional degree in Architecture preferred
- Must be team oriented, articulate, and highly productive
- Confident enough to be the liaison between office, clients, contractors and consultants.
- Must have experience with CD's,
- Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
