Real Estate Development Analyst / Designer in Los Angeles, CA, US

Fast-growing, real estate development firm based on the Eastside of Los Angeles, with >$100MM in assets under management, seeks Analyst / Designer.

We acquire, renovate, build and manage apartment buildings. It’s a fascinating, lucrative business with tons of moving parts.

We’re looking for a very smart, motivated person to join our team of 12 nice, hard-working people.

You don’t have to have a lot of experience in real estate. If you meet the requirements for the position and are not an asshole, please apply... we can train you.

Tasks will include:

• Looking at small prospective projects

• Figuring out the smartest things to build (based on estimates of rents, construction costs, etc.)

• Designing / laying out unit interiors

• Creating deal memos to help us decide whether to move forward with the project

• Liaising with our architects to ensure design process runs smoothly

• Liaising with our construction team to help get the projects built
