Job Summary:

Alchemy Studio design team is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join the team immediately.  The ideal candidate would be a creative, self-motivated and meticulous individual who is looking for a long-term position and to grow professionally with the firm. This person will work closely with the team on all phases of design.  Applicants should be very familiar with the interior design process from concept to installation as well as familiar with the New York City design community and centers.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and presenting concepts to team for review.
• Specifying and sourcing materials, lighting, hardware, appliances, fixtures and furniture for projects.
• Designing and overseeing custom millwork and furniture pieces.
• Creating graphics and visual presentations.
• Creation of project documentation including full construction document sets.  Interior construction and millwork detailing is a must.
