H.R. Manager provides oversight of all benefits, recruiting, management coaching, staff development and performance management. Responsibilities/Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage compliance with city, state, federal legislation and requirements of healthcare related regulatory agencies
- Plan, formulate, and interpret personnel policies, and consult with Senior Leadership to develop H.R. strategies for the long-term success of the firm. Implement and manage employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health policies and as well as employee services and counseling
- Facilitate and manage all training touching on H.R. issues and employment law and best practices
- Conference with project managers and staff to resolve employee relations issues
- Cultivate and promote healthy staff relationships and confidence and establish the H.R. Manager as the go to person for H.R. information as well as for personal/work-related issues, counsel, and mediation
