Overview

Fahey Design Build is looking for a highly motivated Jr Architect with design skills and a keen interest in the built environment to join our team of architects and craftsmen.

Qualified candidates should have a professional degree in architecture (M.Arch or B.Arch) and be actively pursuing licensure. Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking and drawing are a must and carry significance in our search. Experience in delivering a design to physical realization (i.e. physical model, furniture, full scale mockup, prototype) is a must.

Responsibilities

-Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants

-Draw and 3D model all phases of projects from concept through technical drawings

-Manage drawing sets with discipline

-Render design concepts and details with efficiency

-Assist PMs with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specification, and DOB filing
