The Information Technology Client Service Specialist is a customer-service focused role that provides desktop services and support to the firm’s employees to ensure a seamless, integrated work environment. This position directly supports the New York office, while providing remote support for staff in other locations, reports to the Information Technology Director, and is to adhere to and communicate standard IT policies and procedures, and implement best IT support practices.
