Responsibilities

• Create and oversee the construction document process.
• Create and review standard specifications.
• Responsible for project goals and schedules.
• Manage a team of project designers through the construction document process.
• Create templates protocols and standards for the Precision Development Group.
• Ability to review, comment on, and make conclusions on complex code requirements – specifically those involving solvents and hazardous building classifications.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2018, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
