Our company is in search of an experienced Job Captain with 5-7 years proven experience. Job Captains assist the Project Manager by leading the consultants and internal resources, maintaining project drawings, and processing documentation during
construction. The role requires good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Must be proficient with design software: AutoCAD & Revit are required, knowledge
of Sketch-up, Photoshop and / or other 3D and graphic software is a plus
• Versed with California Building Codes and Title 24 Code Compliance
• ADA Code Knowledge with ability to complete ADA Survey
• Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks to be completed
• Must be able to interact with all levels of employees
• Excellent organizational along with oral & written communication skills
• Aptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges
