Project Designer – Large-scale Residential/ Mixed-Use/Urban Design in New York, NY, US
NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a motivated, technically strong and creative individual with excellent design and graphic skills to assist in the design of defined concepts from feasibility studies through design development to construction documents.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Architectural degree from an accredited program
- Experience with large-scale mixed-use residential and urban design projects
- New York high-rise residential experience will be a plus
- Knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution and Building Code will be a plus
- Exhibit understanding of programming, zoning, codes, open space and urban design typologies
- Excellent graphic presentation skills
- Knowledge of AutoCad REVIT and Adobe Suite
- Advanced digital modeling & rendering skills are required and must be proficient in working with 3D Studio Max and/or Rhino
- Able to concurrently track multiple projects and deal with tight deadlines
