Well established, award winning, architectural firm specializing in residential architecture has potential opening for a Senior Draftsperson. The ideal candidate is creative, innovative, self motivated, has the ability to work independently and meet deadlines and possesses good communication skills. Individual should be motivated, detail oriented and ready to jump into a fast paced design environment.

• 3-5 years residential experience a plus
• Recent College / Tech School graduates welcomed
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Word, Adobe Suite
• Ability to take hand drawn sketches through Construction Documents to completion
• Good communication skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Single family experience a must, Multi-family a plus
• Site planning experience a plus
