S M Tam Architect, PLLC seeking Architectural Drafter/Designer in Brooklyn, NY, US
We're looking for an Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our 12-person office in Brooklyn, New York. The ideal candidate has a B.Arch degree, excellent AutoCAD and 3D software skills, and at least 1 year of architectural experience working on residential and/or commercial projects.
This entry-level position reports to a project manager and has the opportunity for growth within our team. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare AutoCAD and 3D drawings
- Prepare documents for filing with the NYC Department of Buildings and other government agencies
- Work under supervision of Project Managers
- B.Arch Degree
- 1-2 years of related architectural experience (a plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and motivated to learn
- Positive attitude
- Ability to speak in Chinese (a plus)
