We’re looking for a Project Manager/Senior Designer to lead and manage projects within our 12-person office in Brooklyn, New York.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of NYC architectural experience working on mid- to large-scale residential and commercial projects, working knowledge of NYC Building Code and Zoning, and strong organizational and project management skills.
Our firm seeks to develop the unique potential of each person by providing exposure to all facets of the architectural practice through a variety of project types and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and produce all phases of architectural projects, including feasibility studies, schematic design and devel-opment, client contact, and engineering consultant coordination
- Produce architectural drawings and 3D renderings
- Conduct zoning analysis and interpret NYC Building Code to ensure compliance
- Prepare and file plans and documents and interface with the NYC Department of Buildings and related city agencies
