JPark Architects seeking Intermediate Architect in Los Angeles, CA, US
JPark Architects is Los Angeles based design-oriented office with a broad range of project types including; Multi-family residential, Mixed-use, Hospitality and various Interior projects.
We are seeking a candidate with 1 to 6 years of full-time architectural office experience, to assist on an array of projects from Design development to Construction administration. Excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp skills required and experience with Revit a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 4+ years of professional work experience in Design development and Construction document phases
- Ability to lead documentation of small to medium scaled projects and capable of detailing and producing construction documents
- Construction administration and specification experience are plus
- Experience in leading consultant coordination
- Experience in multi-family residential a plus
