Behr Browers Architects Inc is seeking  an experienced and talented senior level Architect/Project Manager.  Unique opportunity to work closely with the Firm Principal. Will be involved with every aspect and all levels of the project and work on unique and interesting projects. Candidate must be highly organized, detailed oriented and self motivated. Experienced in both preparation of design & construction documents using BIM programs such as Revit and/or ArchiCad. Responsibilities will include leading and managing multiple commercial projects from contract documents, design, entitlement preparation through construction administration.

Requirements:  

• +Professional degree in Architecture from accredited university.  

  +Must have 10+ recent years of work experience in the United States on medium to large commercial and institutional projects.

  +Must have knowledge and experience using California Building Codes and permit processing in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
