Job Description:

AXIS/GFA Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Architectural Designer with 1 to 3+ years of experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, has a good attitude, and a serious interest in career advancement. We are seeking an ambitious, talented team player who works well under pressure and is capable of balancing deadlines and multiple projects. All candidates must be organized and detail oriented.

Assignments will consist of:

Concept, Schematic and Design development using 3-D rendering, CAD and Revit programs

Producing drawings consistent with instructions, guidelines and standards

Reading and developing architectural plans, design drawings

Conceiving design concepts and schematics

Qualifications:

1 to 3+ years of experience

Degree from an accredited university or equivalent training/education & experience

Experience working with hospitality, commercial and mixed-use projects
