We are seeking a Senior Level Manager/Project Architect with 10+ years experience in Corporate Interiors that will be responsible for leading the team in ensuring accurate and timely deliverables of all phases of multiple projects from SD to CA.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with team to develop design concepts and technical requirements.
- Prepare proposals and contracts including estimating fees, determining scope of work, staffing needs and timetable.
- Oversee and manage the project schedule and budget.
- Serve as primary Client liaison.
- Coordinate and manage consultants.
- Serve as Project Architect on some projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience in Corporate Interiors Architecture and Project Management
- Degree in Architecture or related technical experience
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Adobe products, MS Office
