Caplan Colaku Architecture seeking Project Architect in New York, NY, US
Caplan Colaku is an award winning architecture firm based in Manhattan. We specialize in simple, modern designs for high-end residential projects, as well as landscape projects, art galleries and museums.
We are seeking a motivated , organized, creative candidates with minimum of 5+ years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Architecture or higher
- 5-10 years of experience on multiple projects types in NYC
- Licensed architect preferred
- High end ground up building projects experience
- AutoCAD, Rhino/VRay, Adobe a must
- Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic and communication skills
- Candidates must be a US citizen or hold a current US work visa that is valid for a minimum of two years
