Boutique Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in high-end private residences and historic residence renovations is looking for a Junior Designer to work on all phases of projects. 2 years minimum experience in residential architecture required. Thorough knowledge of Autocad and SketchUp required. BA preferred.
Duties to include:
- Research project requirements from approving authorities
- Prepare Schematic Design documents such as plans and exterior 3-d modeling
- Prepare Design Development Documents such as details and interior 3-d modeling
- Prepare Construction Documents
- Coordinate work with engineers and other consultants
- Process approvals with approving government agencies
- Attend meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Salary dependent on experience and education.
Work in an artistic environment in Old Town Pasadena with a unique clientele.
