Responsibilities
- Prepare and redline design & construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants and lead team meetings
- Survey project sites and prepare due diligence documents
- Construction Administration duties including site visits, attend team meetings, respond to RFI's, review submittals/shop drawings
- Participate in client and team meetings during all phases of project
- Prepare design presentation packages/boards
- Prepare project schedules
- Responsibilities will grow if candidate is capable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- 5 years related experience, preferably some in high-end retail or hospitality
