NANDINEE PHOOKAN ARCHITECTS (NPA) is seeking a candidate with 7-10 years’ experience in architectural and interior design to provide quality control and construction administration for a large public project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Architectural and Interior details during the construction phase.
• Control of design during the construction process and the ability to resolve technical/design issues and develop details based on field conditions.
• Supervise site coordination and quality control of construction and mock-ups. Coordination and verification of materials, finishes and details.
• Communication with design team to resolve design/ technical related items prior to fabrication/ installation.  
• Review and correct contractors’ drawings in Construction Administration phase to guarantee compliance of construction process with architectural design intent.
