2x4 seeking Freelance BIM Specialist in New York, NY, US

Responsibilities:

• Setup of new BIM projects – base Revit files, shared coordinate systems, linked model structures, etc.
• Implementation Designs in BIM models
• Management of BIM models
• Review consultants and contractors' BIM models
• Extraction quantity/schedule from BIM models
• Ensures compliance with the BIM execution plan

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Working knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 cloud solutions and Enscape
